I was never over-weight but I treated my body like a waste basket. I would stuff my face with fast fried food, ice cream, chips and double desserts without even thinking about what I was doing to myself. My actions definitely reflected on the scale and on my clothes. Not only was I gaining weight, I had zero energy. I would pant walking up a flight of stairs! I also had constant stomach aches with lots of discomforts. I woke up one day, hated the way that I felt physically as well as what I saw in the mirror and that’s when I said enough is enough 😤 It’s time to start treating my body the way it deserved…and when I did, (with lots and lots of hard work) it rewarded me with amazing results.
